1. Site Surveying & Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

2. Metal Fabrication & Machining
Cutting raw material: We use dry-cut saws, band saws, or plasma/laser cutters to slice mild steel or stainless steel into structural posts and handrails.
Bending & drilling: We employs press brakes or tube benders to curve handrails for spiral stairs, and drills fixing holes for base plates and glass clamps.
Welding components: We use TIG or MIG welding with specialised jigs to fuse mounting plates, posts, and handrail brackets into single, high-strength units.
3. Surface Finishing
Grinding and polishing: Uses angle grinders and abrasive sanding discs to eliminate weld splatter and create seamless joints. Stainless steel is brushed to a satin or mirror finish.
Corrosion protection: Mild steel components are sent out for hot-dip galvanising or architectural powder coating to protect against rust, especially for external or coastal projects.
4. Glass Sourcing & Assembly
Bespoke procurement: Since toughened or laminated safety glass cannot be cut after it is hardened, the workshop orders custom-sized panels directly from glass manufacturers.
Hardware integration: Outfits the steel components with specialised rubber-lined glass clamps, standoffs, base shoes, or spigots to secure the glass panels safely without scratching or cracking them.
5. Installation & Compliance
On-site fitting: Anchors the completed metal frames to concrete, steel, or timber sub-structures using heavy-duty anchors or bolts.
Handover: Drops in the glass panels, adjusts the leveling hardware, and issues handover documentation, such as structural test compliance or safety certification declarations.
